So now that the base is ready (see previous post) it's time to build the frame.
Here is the frame how its supposed to become.. nothing is mounted yet in this picture.
Bolting those beams together is fairly simple, but a lot of work. I have special bolts that fit in the beams:
To tighten them you need to drill holes:
And that is a lot of work! Mainly because the holes need to be exactly spot on. So I created a rig for it:
This makes it easy, but still a lot of work:
